THE BLIZZARD OF 2006

These photos were taken by Eleanor Linkkila of Hampton at the peak of the record-setting storm on February 12, 2006.  Eleanor recorded 12" of snow, but Bradley Airport in Windsor Locks had 21.9"--the highest one-day storm total in Hartford's history, breaking the record of 21.0" on February 11-12, 1983.
