Annually, one of the most popular entries in the WILI Boom Box Parade is the Traveling Fish Head Club of Northeast Connecticut.  In 2004 remembered Kathy Clark.

 

An ex-Governor came to the 2004 WILI Boom Box Parade, complete with hot tub and suitcase for his trip to Pennsylvania.
