THE DOCTOR got his nickname because he became known as "The Oldies Doctor" from his knowledge of the oldies and artists.    The Doctor has been the host of WILI's "Saturday Morning 60's" show from 7-10am for over a decade.  The Windham High School graduate has worked at WILI for over thirty years in a variety of areas.
