WILI's 2009 TRIP TO BLOCK ISLAND

On September 13, 2009, WILI's Wayne Norman took a group of WILI listeners on a trip to Block Island.  They took an air conditioned Constitution Coach from WILI to the high-speed Block Island Express for a day of fun on the island.

Some people shopped, some took scenic walks, some went swimming, some kayaked, and one guy fished. 


The day started cloudy but by noon the sun was out and it was a spectacular sunny, dry afternoon.  This is the 20th year of WILI trips to Block Island and 19 of them have featured perfect weather.  These photos were taken by Bertice Chepyha:
